This Lian Xin, is to repeat, a spell-binding, outstanding and luxurious work. The previous Lian Rui sold at $1410 four months ago crafted of Di Cao Qing was at 276ml, this is crafted from Hong Pi Long and at a MAJESTIC 410ml which Assoc Master Chen SPECIALLY MASTERED. She bent her back over for this. This is at $1585.
This is an absolutely mesmerising piece of ZiSha Work.
GREAT Kudos to Master Chen!
Totally organic and natural sculpting.
Lotus flower, corolla, its pistil top and roots.
Organic.
Every part of this pot is exquisite.
We come to a very special part and the highlight:
Lid.
The astounding lid.
This is one of the most difficult skills to master in ZiSha Art! Each of the seeds within each of their hollow: 1) CANNOT drop out, be contained and be tight and yet 2) each must be able to move freely! The delicacy, YEARS of experience, precision and gumption of the Artist cannot be underestimated:
The mastery of the ZiSha's shrinkage during firing, has to be grasped wisely: if the holes does not shrink enough, the seeds will drop out, if the holes shrink too much, the seeds cannot move freely.
Mind-blowing.
As you REVOLVE and SWIVEL it around, the seeds are able to move, slide and drop down to the lowest gravitational point, WITHIN EACH DELICATELY small compartment.
Master Chen accomplishes this most excellently, while keeping the profile of the lid as THIN as possible to maintain the aesthetic grace, and to keep weight to a minimal (necessary as the Lotus flower as the lid knob has introduced more weight). Witness her dexterity and MASTERY.
You also see the tips of each of the seven convex segments being rounded, organic, and all their tips on the same plane.
The AIM with any Ornate pots is to make sure the whole pot looks 100% organic. She achieved this ultimate aim immaculately.
Assoc Master Chen wants to thank you: Dearest Friends and Patrons for your keen support as she joins the whole big group and team at RealZiSha, so as to provide determined and single-minded efforts to provide TRUE Fully-Handmade ZiSha compositions for all of you friends and patrons. This yixing pot resembling a lotus is the most beautiful tea pot I have ever handled. The exterior body feels smooth and firm, and the interior holds heat better than any other product on the market. The touch of artistry added by the (movable) seeds found in the lid make it feel like the pot is blooming a young flower itself. Well worth the money. Very enriching to be able to enhance the art of tea brewing with such a piece.

the craftsmanship is top notch. i really like the low profile and wide opening. makes it very easy to use with bigger leaf and easier to clean. definitely recommend to anyone in the hunt for a pot this size and shape. i would buy it again. two thumbs up from me
Love the puffer fish style. The recessed base makes it even more special. Fantastic work. This is a very special addition to my collection.
This is my first fully handmade zisha and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The form is so balanced and well-crafted. It is so light! The pour is like glass, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I am truly grateful to Chen Fa Chu and RealZisha for being and doing what you do. Thank you.
