This instrument(pot) is an accompaniment to (the tea drinking) renowned/famous.
缶 is a kind of instrument, both musical and for holding wine/water in ancient China.
It also implies that the design of this teapot has been inspired by the ancient instrument. Reference to Photos 4, 5 and 6.
名人 means the renowned or the famous.
邵永加 Shao Yong Jia, is the name of this famous ZiSha Artist who created this ZiSha teapot design in the Qing Dynasty. Photo 3 shows the original work crafted by Shao Yong Jia, stored by the China Museum.

Olden ZiSha pots crafted in ancient China have a singular hole each through which tea flows out through the spout and out. To remain true of what is the Olde Worlde, Assoc Master Du crafted these heritage pots in this way.
By nature of the design of this pot, the base of the spout is wide and hence communicates via a largish hole with the tea volume inside the pot. Worry not, as Assoc Master Du has also prepared a clip-in wire-mesh filter which the modern tea drinker in us can utilize to filter back the tea leaves as tea is poured out.
